🌟 “When was the last time you paused to truly evaluate your priorities?” 🌟
I recall how often I guide clients through their value maps, exploring the hierarchy of values and their impact on leadership and life in general.
It’s relatively easy to choose between right and wrong, but the real challenge comes when we must decide between good and good that conflict with each other. This is a dangerous juncture that can lead to false justifications and even attempts to distort reality to fit our decisions.
Even though I teach and coach leaders to navigate these challenges, I admit I’ve stumbled in making the right decision from the heart. I often did not get it right.
However, this time, I feel I’ve aligned my values correctly and I am simply living them. The smiling eyes seem to agree with me anyways.
